actually,Bob,I return most calls,I think Louie may have returned a couple,most people that call have questions about their accounts or their property,and you hafta be able to get into the payhoa website and look up there info,and I believe only Board members can do that.I have answered a couple calls,(just lucky) to be standin near my phone signal window.Usually it don't even ring,just get a beep for missed call or voicemail.The way Louie has it set up is thru Skype and Youmail,which you hafta download on ur phone or pc,which I have both,but poor phone signal,it works better with internet on my chromebook,but I don't leave it turned on most times,cause it's battery powered,I have turned it on and made call backs with it...We actually don't get that many calls,maybe 2-3 a week...so, I think I've got it covered,but thx for volunteering,I don't know ur status or technability,but if you and Louie want to get together and set you up,I,ve got no problem with it...cheers...
