Undeveloped / Unimproved lots: $55 annual
(Late Fee $10/Annually)
Improved lots (with structures): $110 annual
Note: Improved lots include long-term rentals (90 days or more)

Business lots: $550 annual
Note: Business lots include short term, overnight, vacation and bed & breakfast style rentals.
(Late Fee $100/Annually)
All property transfers are subject to a one time transfer fee of $100 per lot which will be collected by the 3rd party transferring, closing or title company. Annual dues are billed on March 1st and due no later than May 31st of each year while transfer fees are due no later than 90 days after the closing or property transfer has completed.
Members with active payment arraignments or financial hardship waivers are considered to be in good standing.
