Silverbell Drive is now passable via any standard AWD or 4WD vehicle from the intersection of John Sevier Drive to the intersection of Catalpa Court. Reclamation of Catalpa Court is still underway and expected to be completed on September 6th....

I think once folks see what their annual dues are getting spent on, there will be enough funds available to do some paving even. All the progress you are seeing this year is only 18% of the annual dues which are owed. Imagine what we could accomplish without the 82% delinquency rate.
