SINCE THE BYLAWS HAVE BEEN AMENDED TO TAKE PREFERRED DEVELOPMENT OUT OF THE PICTURE AND PUT EMPOA IN IT'S PLACE,does this not give the Board and Commitees,power to change,waive and ammend said covenants?...As stated in section 13 on page 7 pdf,tried to paste copy here,to no avail...I will type a little...developer,reserves the right to:waive ,modify,change or amend any and all covenants...without approval of lot owners...
