Louie-Fromm It is from the actual EMPOA billing server. Registration emails were supposed to be sent out to past due accounts only but instead were accidentally sent out to everyone. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused. If you have already registered, it will simply redirect you to your account but will not change any settings or balances....You have to Log In or Sign Up to see the full post
