The ETA for completion is currently Wednesday morning July 24th. Once completed, Ridgeview Drive is expected to completely be passable via any standard vehicle.
The EMPOA Roads Committee asks that the residents whom currently utilize Lots 37-31 and 37-32 as an egress to Alpine Drive please instead begin using Ridgeview Drive beginning on Wednesday afternoon July 24th so that those owners can begin reclaiming their privately owned lots....
