squedtap, The Roads Committee evaluated that section and found those 2 were the inhabited roads in the worst shape so they decided to prioritize them first. Catbird Court has 2 houses on it and actually had a 100% payment rate while being entirely dependent on Green Bay Drive for access. Seems as if the right thing to do would be to at least fix their access first from the West end of Clingmans View and then start working in from the North End of Green Bay from there. Hemlock Street also had a good delinquency rate so they will likely continue pushing down towards that intersection. There should be enough funds in that budget to fix your access from Swann Saddle but Pawnee Court will likely have to wait until next year's budget....

We actually access our property from Clingmans View not Pawnee. We are installing the driveway to the property from Clingmans View right across from Green Bay so we are more interested in Clingmans View being fixed. Charlee, thanks for answering and I read what was stated but we were not able to be at the meeting on Saturday and I don't know if the roads were discussed at the meeting. I did click on the road budget and I also printed it out. I just don't understand what the funds allocated meant $3,429.45 and then it states Clingmans View $188.04? I didn't see a meeting agenda posted unless I am missing it. Anyone that has been up that way has to see that we have been working on inputting a driveway to our property and Clingmans View in front of our property is terrible. Just wanted some clarification as to what is going to be done is all. Several people have been up on our property, couple of UTV/ATV and also a man walking with his dog....

Squedtap- the $188.04 represents the contribution from Clingman's lot owners to the total roads budget in that group. Hopefully once folks realize their dues will actually be used for their road, I think the delinquency rate will drop significantly. 81% seems terrible until you see where we normally average in the mid 90s over the years. At least it is progress, slow, but progress....
