I didn't realize this was a personal feud--very enlightening. I have nothing against Ronnie personally. However, in light of his actions, I don't feel that he should be on the board. Should he be allowed to swear at an open meeting at a resident (i.e. I'm assuming it's ok with the President since she did not gavel him with his totally inappropriate outburst)?
What your presented in paragraphs #2-3 is news to all of us. Was someone supposed to relate this to us? I would have to say in light of this--there is most definitely a problem with the board not being transparent. And I'm hearing this from a non-board member for the first time?
I feel that we (i.e. the accusers) provided more than enough documents, etc. to prove wrongdoing. Unfortunately, we were never informed of the "accused's" response. All we heard was that it was "addressed."
Things still don't add up in my mind. If the Alfonso's paid $900 to have the downhill part of Old Laurel paved, then the EMPOA paid $5700...
