Per the Fall workshop meeting on Saturday the 17th, the board unanimously voted to dedicate an addition $40k into the existing roads budget for this fiscal year. I've been advised that these funds will be used primarily to reclaim inaccessible roads and install drainage ditches/culverts on recently opened roadways. We are down to 225 inaccessible lots (from 1,200+ 3 years ago). Hopefully by this time next year they'll be discussing a timeline for having all roads graveled with ditches. I don't take nearly enough time to show gratitude but THANK YOU for doing your part! Your support is finally bringing this community together and things are looking better every day.
