Im not sure who to contact but we recently bought lot 67 on azalea trail..I was told we would have access to the atv trails being an owner..Which is the reason we purchased and of course to build in the future..We were told yesterday from guide that unless we friends with the sturgess family we cannot ride..We are retired folks.enjoying the outside. But then 2 tours of sxs go down r azalea trail.do they have permission to ride on my trail road..its absolutely beautiful there.Just want to make sure were following the rules.we saw no posted signs.and were respected adults

as i understand it,members in good standing have acess to all empoa roads and i believe gatlinburg off road and the spurgeons are in court over riding on our roads,(not sure)...i do know they have been told several times to stay off our roads...you might send anm email to [Login to see the link] or just wait till someone on the board sees this...

As an EMPOA member you are free to travel on any road within the master deed as you are a part owner of these roads

Out of curiosity, who told you this? If it was your realtor or title agent, you need to file a complaint with TREC from [Login to see the link]

There is no commercial ATV / UTV traffic allowed on EMPOA roadways except on Alpine Drive as the county has a right of way there. If you are able to video or get images, you should report this to the legal committee so they can take action [Login to see the link]

Hello,

Welcome new owner, I’m the President of the board. What Charlie and Louie has said is true. As an owner you have access to all EMPOA roads. EMPOA does not allow commercial ATV’s on our private roads. I will notify the legal committee about this as it is an ongoing issue. I do need dates time and location of commercial ATV usage.
