Just making you aware of a billing error we received 3/1/2026. We were billed twice for our lot. 1) for a developed lot, $110 which is correct 2) for an undeveloped lot (same lot) $55. Total due to pay is $165. We did call the EMPOA on March 1st and left a voice mail message about it to get this corrected but have not heard back. We are awaiting a new bill with the correct amount to our account.
