Hey yall!
We’re still 3-5 yr from starting any building on our property, but in the meantime, once a year we plan to visit and see the area. I’ve searched the pages of rules and laws and I’m stumped.
2 quick questions:
1. If we were to clear or thin a small 20’x40’ area but not disturb the ground much or build any structures, would that impact our yearly dues?
2. If we were to dry camp on our lot, with an occasional quiet generator in the fall time for a long weekend on this area, would this be against regulations or would anyone have an issue?
We’re very excited to enjoy our property and build our retirement home but would like to utilize the land a little in the meantime! We will be making a trip soon to check out the roads and finally lay eyes on our land and are staying nearby but for the future I was wondering!
