The intersection of Swan Saddle and Hemlock Street will be temporarily closed on Saturday 9/13 for the replacement of a large drainage culvert. This intersection is expected to reopen within 48 hours. Southbound traffic on Swan Saddle will need to detour through Clingmans View until construction has been completed.
