Please use caution as dump-trucks will be continuously dumping gravel on Friday, September 12th causing traffic delays. Heavy equipment will also be frequently traversing the area immediately behind the dump trucks. Congested roadways will include Clingmans View, Green Bay Drive & Hemlock Street along with connecting egresses.
