We need volunteers in good standing who are willing to accompany and sit with authorized contractors while they are working. Very minimal manual labor may be occasionally required as your duties will mainly fulfil a supervisory, safety and traffic control role. You will be responsible for logging hours and machinery in use. You may be required to monitor multiple crews simultaneously in multiple locations. Hours are flexible as we all take turns relieving other volunteers as their personal schedules will allow. If possible, volunteers should be proficient in basic GPS and navigational skills while familiarizing themselves with provided maps and drawings.
