We've had several reports of duplicate ballots mailed out to members. Please discard any duplicates you may have received.
This was an error in the automated mailing system of which EMPOA was not billed for. Please be aware that only one ballot will be counted per member in good standing. Votes can be resubmitted multiple times between now and the closing of the election but only the most recently timestamped ballot will be counted.
