It's that time of the year again and we are looking for 2-4 volunteers to count ballots. Volunteers must be verified EMPOA members in good standing and available on the morning of Saturday, July 12th from 7:30am until 11:00am to begin the count. All required materials will be provided for this process along with breakfast and an endless supply of coffee. Once the electronic and mailed ballots have been counted, volunteers will be processing in-person voting up until the opening roll call of the members meeting at 11:00am. At that time, voting will have officially ended and all verified eligible in-person ballots will be added to the official tally. Each volunteer will be expected to perform an independent vote count along with the EMPOA Board Secretary.
