Repairs and resurfacing of Yellowwood Drive will begin on Saturday April, 19. Please use caution when passing through the Basswood Court and Lin Creek Road area as reclamation of a missing section of Yellowwood Drive which intersects with Lin Creek Road will also be underway. The current NW entrance to Yellowwood Drive will be relocated to it's originally intended location as it is currently located on a non-roadway and privately owned lot. The EMPOA Roads Committee would kindly ask all motor traffic to please refrain from egressing through this privately owned lot once the reclamations and repairs have been completed.
