Looks like you are on lot F-15 and not F-16. F-15 already adjoins to Aintree Drive. There is no access road designated for F-16 though. You would have to negotiate an easement in the deed with the sale from either F-15 which is yours already or from F-17A which is currently the same owner as F-16 now.
Worst case scenario, you could petition a court for an "easement of necessity" to gain access. If there is no other means of accessing your property, the court can grant an "implied easement" but you will probably want an attorney for that sort of thing.
