I'm reaching out to see if anyone has recommendations for a reliable land surveyor who has experience with comprehensive property surveys. My husband and I have had some trouble connecting with surveyors and would greatly appreciate any leads you might have.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Boundary Survey: To verify and clearly mark property boundaries.
Topographic Survey: To map the terrain and assist in our construction planning.
Tree and Utility Marking: To identify significant trees and mark potential utility connections (electric, sewer, and water).
Driveway Placement: Recommendations for driveway location based on the topography and access routes.
Digital Deliverables: We prefer to have the survey results in a digital format, such as CAD or PDF, for better organization.
Optional Drone Footage: If available, aerial footage to help visualize the property's layout and topography would be fantastic.
