Road Committee volunteers will be salting and scraping all inhabited EMPOA roadways beginning at 7:00am on January 19th. Pre-treatment of roadways is currently not recommended as mild precipitation is expected to continue until 7:00am at which time, colder temperatures are likely to mitigate a transition to snowfall. Please do not scrape or plow freshly salted roadways until the snowfall has completely subsided at approximately 8:00am on Monday January 20th. Road Committee volunteers will also commence clearing any remaining ice and/or snow cover at that time on all inhabited roadways.
