Hello everyone, my name is Patrick, and I've recently purchased a property on Poplar Place. I'm here to lend a hand to the community, as I have extensive equipment like skid steers from our tree service that I will be using to help clear roads and assist anyone in need. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and contributing to our neighborhood.

Welcome to the mountain neighbor!
Although LeConte Drive has recently been reclaimed, the intersection of Poplar Place has kinda disappeared over the years. It needs a huge culvert installed and the budget ran out before we could get to it this past fall. I've got GPS markers for the easement and centerlines so let me know if you plan on opening that up. The roads committee would definitely appreciate the help I'd be glad to mark it all out for you. The new roads budget should be set in July so hopefully we can have this year's road work planned out and ready to go by then. Come Spring, there are already funds allocated for the full reclamation of Half-High Street and reworking all of the clogged drainage in the higher elevation sections of the neighborhood. Give us a shout if you've got some time in late February or early March to help out, we'll absolutely dump some of this on your plate LOL.

Yes we will be checking it out this Friday in person just walking the property and see what we are looking at and plan the next step it would be great for it to be marked out. Thanks.
