We own a lot in our beautiful community and are interested to build a vacation rental property.
We needed to know details such as how many vacation rentals are there within our community, what are nightly rates like and what are the rental frequencies to get an idea on our ROI. Any suggestions who would have or where could I get such details from?

we have some STR's in the area,not sure how many or the rates,but you would need to file an improvement form with the Architectural Commitee with a set of plans for approval,needs to be a minimum of 1000 sq. ft. and meet all county ordinances,built on site,that will get you started off with the proper permits and info...[Login to see the link]
