They won't be billed until the 1st of March. It'll show up in the billing portal and won't be due until May 31st. If you signed up for the paperless discount you will get an email only. If you have not signed up for the paperless discount, you will get an email and a paper letter in the mail probably no later than the 3rd or 4th of March.
