Hello EMPOA Property Owners,
We would like to take this opportunity to update the membership on some of the recent events, improvements, and repairs. The past 6 months have been extremely productive as we have accomplished a phenomenal amount of roadway reclamation and overhaul along with the implementation of several new programs which we hope will continue to improve this community.
Through our new official “Community Forum”, we have heard a lot of your input and suggestions. This private forum for verified property owners and residents has grown rapidly since its inception in April and now accommodates 109 members with 8 active moderators.
Since July, we have repaired 2 miles of damaged roadways and have reclaimed 6 miles of previously inaccessible roadways which are now driven daily. Countless damaged culverts and drainage ditches have been repaired along the way. A total of 389 lots which were previously inaccessible are now able to be “driven” to while a standardized “roads
